How do I activate after buying?
After payment confirmation, find your code on the Spark account page. Redeem it, then sign in to the same account in the latest Eidos Lite and activate this computer. Each license supports 3 computers. Release an old device to activate a new one. Activation needs no periodic online renewal; existing files and properties remain readable after release.
Can I buy Spark as a gift?
Yes. Give the unredeemed code to the recipient to redeem with their own account. The purchaser keeps the order; the recipient owns the license. Redeemed licenses cannot be transferred.
Is this a subscription?
Spark costs $29 USD at the early supporter price, paid once for 3 computers with perpetual offline authorization. Sync and Publish are billed separately.
Will Spark features become free later?
There is no commitment that advanced features will become free, or a timetable for doing so. Any changes in availability will be announced for the relevant feature.
Do existing Spark owners need to buy again?
No. Accounts with an eligible legacy paid Spark license can claim a new personal license free on the Spark account page, once per account for 3 computers. Existing service commitments remain.
